- Location testing will begin tomorrow at Akihabara Hey and run until next Sunday, August 12. (wth? Starting on a normal Monday? Sunday is when Comiket ends and people from all abroad will be coming, so that makes sense though)
- The event ended at 7PM(soon) so more details should be getting reported by people within the next few hours. This thread will be updated with them so check back.
- The new release will be titled Blazblue Chrono Phantasma.
- There's reportedly a lot that's been changed in the game. The neutral poses have been redrawn for all the characters.
- Costumes for some of the characters are different.
- Of course they also have new moves.
- Noel has a different weapon and she doesn't wear a cap this time.
- Tsubaki is the version that's fallen to the dark side.
- Hazama has a new DD.
- The stage backgrounds are new
- The BGMs seems to be different as well
- Three new characters will be added in: Amane, Barret(Bullet?), Azrael. Amane fights with something like a cloth, Barret looks a bit like Makoto, Azrael is muscular.
- Azrael is a mid-aged muscular man who's sort of a meathead, fighting is everything to him. Drive name is "The Terror".
- Amane is a man that looks as beautiful as a goddess, fights with a plumage. Drive name is "Spiral".
- Barret is a close-combat cool female mercenary with cleavage. At a glance her motions looks a bit like Makoto's. Drive name is "Lockon".

- Voices: Barret= Toa Yukinari (Berserk anime series' Casca), Azrael= Hiroki Yasumoto (Bleach's Chad), Amane=Akira Ishida (Namco Tales series' Rid Hershel)
- Jin can do his DD in the air
- Bang has a new DD where he uses his nail
- Ragna has a new move that looks a bit like Gravedigger (probably means Testament's from the GG series.)
- Hazama has a new move where he turns into Terumi and steps on his opponent

  • Bem a nível de gameplay não posso criticar pois não percebo mas em HUD até me agradou.
  • Ya tambem me agrada, so acho estranho por causa do CS familiarity, e agora que vejo melhor lembra-me mais ou menos o HUD do CT

    Anyway, parece que se viram livres dos Guard Primers, e os bursts parece-me que é daqueles que recuperam ao longo do round, ala GG, P4U

  • oh well, e eu que tinha visto o extend e estava a pensar comprar pensando que era o ultimo BB só mesmo para ter para colecção :P curti novo visual da Noel, a ver se o dante resiste ao chamamento de um novo BB :P
  • Outra coisa que notei sem ser os bursts e lack of guard primers é que agora todas as personagens têm a barra de meter dividida em segmentos parecido com o jin(EX moves talvez)

    E onde é que estão a nu/lambda e Mu, espero que estejam no jogo, talvez vão fazer update nas arcades a la P4U, ou talvez como boss characters como o hakumen e nu foram no CT original

    Amanhã jogo no euromilhões e ganho. 6 Meses no japão e já vou a um ou outro loketest e o caraças, abro 2 salões arcade em portugal e entro numa espiral de sex, bitches n rock n roll. E...

    Sim, a verdade é que não me ocorreu que o jogo só deverá sair no próximo ano para consolas...

    Moveset e system explanation

    Traduções parciais(shoutouts ao Zephyr do dustloop por tar a traduzir isto)
    Novo:
    - Ja não existe Gold Burts, substituido por um novo sistema chamado Overdrive.
    -Ainda tem bursts defensivos.
    - Crush trigger: durante certos moves, pressione A+B para crush ao guard do oponente. Não funciona com barrier guard, e custa 25% heat.

    Acerca do Overdrive
    -Aumenta força nativa, recupera com o tempo, e ao recuperar pode ser activado
    -com o HP baixo dura mais tempo, e para o tempo quando usado
    -cada personagem tem o seu proprio overdrive

  • Hardly a comeback mechanic when it can be activated at any time. Básicamente é o mesmo que os Drives só que é tipo uma skill passiva. Não me admiro nada se se activarem como Gold Bursts, visto que Gold Bursts davam-te bonus proration para aumentar o dano no CSE.

    Anyways, isso logo se vê quando começarem a surgir videos do loketest já hoje até dia 12 de Agosto.

    Não vejo como isto não indica que foi feito como comeback mechanic em mente.
    Também podes usar X-Factor quando quiseres e isso não implica que não seja uma comeback mechanic.
  • Heat Mode > Blood Heat Mode do Melty Blood. Been there, done that.

    Freezes timer, recovers red health, increased EX bar enquanto dura. O único catch é que EX Bar tinha que tar cheio, lol.

    Não é nada que não tenha sido feito antes, lol. Vejo o Overdrive a ser usado mais tipo Heat/Blood Heat do que tipo.. X-Factor. E honestly, duvido muito que Overdrive vá ter os bónus ridiculos de X-Factor.
